BDP.NET is database-independent ADO.NET data provider that defines a common interface to provide access to SQL database servers. For each supported server, BDP.NET uses provider as an independent assembly that implements the common BDP.NET interfaces for processing queries and tables.

MySQL provider implements access to MySQL database in the network of BDP.NET provider model. It can work using MySQL API directly.

MySQL provider supports MySQL server 4.0 and 3.23. End-user applications require MySQL client library (libmysql.dll) to work.

MySQL provider works with C# Builder 1.00.
